I started talking out loud again. Pretending I was giving advice to people in my life that I wouldn't even consider to be close. I'm realizing how important it is for me to record my talks. I've always wanted to be able to go back in time and see my younger self, be able to see who I was back then. Especially now that I'm twenty, I know I would want to be able to see who I was. So if I'm reading this at twenty something, hello, hope we're doing good. Hope we took our advice. Since you're so keen on preaching about it. Have self respect, have a community whether that's your group of friends, family or co-workers, you always want to be around people you love and care about and who do so as well. Most importantly, be vulnerable. Self explanatory, but if you are not, you will have a hard time connecting with others. It does not make you weak, it's quite the opposite. It's the hardest thing you can ever do.
